Sorry to bring out your attention towards this and relating our name with such a big organisation..reliance..

The story starts with the preparation of PowerPoint presentation by VAIBHAV BANSAL.

So why not do something that can stick your mind at the point where you want yourself to be highly recalled... VAMNICOM.
We know vamnicom will never waste money on promotion. But,

“BUSINESS IS DOING BUSINESS ON OTHERS MONEY”

Why not use the money of RELIANCE.

Right use their logo as for VAMNICOM and when we are focusing on AGRI BUSINESS.

This innovative mind of VAIBHAV BANSAL did the game when fonts were provided to SIDDHARTH MISRA to transmute it into real form.

So how did you find new VAMNIANS…real doing great work na…
But when other batch mates suggest that it’s a Copy-Cat activity. Both of us (Vaibhav & Siddharth) worked on what can be seen below.

Dear VAM's
There is some good feeling to share.Recently two incident has made me feel happy. in Hindustan Times(16th May,Mumbai Edition) and DNA (9th May,Mumbai Edition) has mentioned VAMNICOM's name for preffered destination to do ABM related courses in india.In fact,HT has put our name just after IIMA and MANAGE--- and then IRMA.
In DNA,they have put full name of our institute and mentioned it specifically that our PGP in ABM is equivalent to MBA by AIU.
Ofcourse,not to have any superficial and airy upliftment,but its nice to read our institutes name early in morning when you just wake up and see newspaper (eventhough,You arent a Agri-guy like me).
I just though to share this little delight with all of you.

We the Vamnians had a great going with our annual fest i.e Spardha 06 . Today as a part of that We had a very good Biz quiz being conducted ( BizDom @ Vamnians)
first we had a written round out of which six teams made to next round , they were

In the final round however every thing change and the winner was IMDR

Run co-ops like corporates: CM

Pune: Chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh on Saturday said that co-operative societies should be professionally managed like corporates. Deshmukh also said that wellrun co-operatives should be rewarded for their efficiency. “There should be some mechanism to incentivise them, may be a package for expansion. Or professionally-managed co-operatives may end up feeling they are at a disadvantage and that it is better to be a defaulter.” The CM was delivering his keynote address at the 11th convocation of the Post-graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM) course of the Vaikunth Mehta National Institute of Co-operative Management (Vamnicom), Pune, on Saturday. The institute’s PGDBM programme is focused on agri-business management. He was speaking in the context of the financial packages announced by the Centre for sick co-operative sugar factories in the state, as well as for sick co-operative banks. Earlier, Prithviraj Chavan, Union minister of state, Prime Minister’s Office, said the government might take up the revival of the sick short-term cooperative credit structure (STCCS) by recapitalisation, in the forthcoming budgetary session of the Parliament. The central government has already approved a package of Rs 13,596 crore for STCCS, recommended by a committee headed by A. Vaidhyanathan. The panel also recommended pumping in Rs 4,839 crore for the ailing long-term co-operative credit structure, which is in its draft stage. Deshmukh said the government was ready to contribute to the Rs 200-crore corpus being raised by the 20 co-operative management institutes in the country.
